Job Qualifications Self-motivated Good people skills Communication skills Organization skills Professional attitude Ability to learn and develop skills Must be able to lift, carry and place items up to 66 lbs Valid G2 license or greater with a good driving record and a TRUCK required High School Diploma Own hand and power tools Job Duties Move materials using shovels, wheel barrows, carts and dollies, and manual lifting and carrying Supervise and perform work with a crew of 2 members. Experience in framing and trim work. Dig footings for fences and decks. Use power tools and equipment in the process of completing specified duties. In particular, circular saws, reciprocating saws, mitre saws, table saws, jigsaws, demolition breaker (hammer) and drills. Work in a safe and professional manner as described by the guidelines in the employee handbook and the Occupational Health & Safety Act. Ability to follow and give directions Complete assigned tasks with enthusiasm and a strong customer service orientation. In good physical condition.
