Carpenter Job in Toronto, Ontario

This is a full time job, that has scope of work for the next 2 months. I represent the kitchen sub-trade at a high-rise condominium project downtown Toronto. We have been tasked with the installation of custom millwork pantries that integrate seamlessly with our kitchens. You will be required to construct 8 foot columns out of finished material for the purpose of installing doors to complete entrance closets/pantries. The work is very specific and the variances are extremely small, 1-2mm. The space between the columns must be exactly 9mm bigger than the doors to allow for a 3mm gap on both sides as well as in the center of the doors. You will be required to have a laser level, mitre saw, table saw (with a bench) and all power tools associated with finished carpentry. You will be provided with a laborer to assist in unwrapping and preparing your material and the occasional installation and cutting assistance. You are paid $80 per constructed column and there are between 3-4 columns per unit. I will need your WSIB clearance to get you started.
