Carpenter Job in Staten Island, New York

The Manhattan II was built in 1986 and hasn't received many updates since then. Primarily serving as a dinner boat until 1995, she was put out of heavy use until 2017. She has 3 decks. Top deck is open air, needs to be scaled and painted, along with a new deck drain system installed. The 2 enclosed decks need a fresh paint job, most likely over the existing wood paneling, new carpeting, new lighting, a new drop ceiling, new A/C's, a makeover on the bar, and 2 private heads and 2 shared heads need complete gut renovations. There is also a working galley on board that needs to be brought up to current USCG standards.
