Carpenter Job in Brooklyn, New York

That's right! I am about to move into a large, open loft space w/ 12' ceilings, and I need a skilled carpenter to build a secure, safe, "up-to-code" (read, won't fall down) functional loft space inside it to help break up the space and possibly serve as storage space (closet/drawers) as well. I'd like to find someone who can help me with the concept and design, and then build it. I am envisioning something about 10' x 20' (ish). Please respond with a general (not set in stone, of course) guesstimate of time/cost to do something like this from scratch. I look forward to hearing back from you!
