Hi!. I am a former award winning general contractor located in Oakland. I have work in the greater bay area for the last 37 years, doing just about anything you might imagine. Hillside stabilization, foundations, seismic retrofit, slabs, sidewalks, driveways, framing, plumbing, electrical, store fixtures and commercial Tentant Improvent work. The list goes on and on. I work by myself now, with the use of an occasional helper or two I can get your small projects done. I work at an hourly rate of $45.00/per hour, and can also give a price for the total work. I am friendly, punctual, and reliable. I always return messages. I have lots of references available. I also do pickup and punch list work for contractors.
