I am a journeyman carpenter with over 20 years experience. I am looking for some side jobs, after 4:00 PM during the week or anytime on the weekends, or both. I can design and build decks, fences, irrigation systems, drainage systems. Creating unique decks is my passion, but I can be very creative and insightful on remodeling projects, upgrades or any project you may be thinking of. I offer free estimates, or if you would like a detailed drawing or a 3D image of what your project will look like at your house I can do that as well for a fee. Installing shower and tub drains, etc. Copper, ABS, cast iron, PVC. *Installing wood and laminate flooring. *Termite and dry rot repairs. *Retaining walls made of wood, concrete, or block. *Installing doors and windows. *Trim-crown molding, baseboard, window and door casing. *Cabinet installation. *Shelving units.
