Carpenter Job in Auburn, Washington

We are looking to replace carpet in our living room (187sqft), adjoining bathroom (25sqft), entry way (100sqft), and family room (290sqft) with laminate floors that we have purchased. The laminate already comes with the the underlayment attached. We want to keep and reuse the already attached baseboard in these areas. We also want to replace our vinyl kitchen floor (206sqft) with tile that we have purchased. We have a total budget of $1000 for the labor. We would get any additional materials like grout etc. but you would need to have all of the necessary tools for demo (which should be basic) and install.
