I am a Massachusetts carpenter with an unrestricted CSL and HIC license. I can do anything and have over the last 25 years, but here are a few things I love. I love doing creative work... I have crafted a home from the remnants of an old barn... Created an 18' table and welded steel stools for a craft brewery... Built custom furniture and even additions out of recycled materials... Built custom kitchens and baths from industrial elements... Re-envisioned multiple century-old buildings, maintaining their character while updating them to be efficient and SMART.... I love doing work that is good for the earth... I have built a passive solar home with an atrium, heated floors, and custom concrete countertops... Designed and built homes and additions using creative materials like shipping containers and insulated concrete forms... Designed and energized solar arrays - conventional and creative for both commercial and residential clients. I love doing work that builds businesses and dreams.... I have built a large riding arena and stables for a children's camp... I have redesigned a multi-unit mixed-use building in a downtown area for both energy efficiency and beauty, maintaining its historical character while adding modern convenience and efficiency... I have helped design mixed-use villages providing live-work spaces for residents...
