Looking for Skilled Lead Carpenter type for Contractor and Management/Maintenance Company. Everything from Demo/Construction/ Earthwork/Tree Service/ Landscaping/Various Maintenance Operations, Property Management Will lead job, direct other employees, be responsible for scheduling/ materials/finishing job on time and profitably. Must have driver's license, desire stability, and be reliable and consistent. Must have clean background and be able to pass a drug test. Must have experience as an organized and calm effective crew leader. Ideal for previous custom homebuilders or remodelers or possibly anyone at a most advanced level of a related trade.
