-Job is Mon-Fri 8-5 Must have reliable transportation.
-Must know how to but not limited to:
-Framing
-Window Installation
-Floor repairs and Flooring installation
-Minor Plumbing
-Minor Electrical
Basically you will be doing the repairs in our single family homes getting them to a rent worthy state.
