Carpenter Job in Goleta, California

I need a custom sized wooden box made. The inner dimensions are 365.8 L x 315.8 W x 380 H mm with a 4 mm thickness. There should be 2 holes on the top lid (top left and bottom right) of approximately 31.75 mm diameter (not final measurement). I need a hinge on the box so it opens up to display the inner contents. Please let me know how long it will take for you to make this box and how much it will cost? Wood choice is not important.
