Carpenter Job in Downingtown, Pennsylvania

Busy, growing, high end residential remodeling company is seeking an experienced and quality driven carpenter to join its talented team. Candidate MUST have experience with the installation & servicing for the following:  -Roofing (shingle- *standing seam a plus*)  -Siding (fiber cement experience a plus)  -Additions/Build-outs/Decks  -Windows/Skylights/Doors  -Punch List Items/Weather & Moisture Damages/Service Calls Candidate MUST meet the following job criteria:  -Able to work with a crew or independently run a project.  -Organized and able to maintain a clean and productive job site  -Detail oriented and able to manage material and supplies inventory.  -Ability to communicate well with others (co-workers, customers, management, etc.)  -Capable of making wise decisions on the fly.  -Follows instructions and scope of work.  -Must have their own set of hand tools. *CANDIDATE MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE & RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION TO & FROM WORK. *MINIMUM 5 YEARS OF CURRENT EXPERIENCE WITH ALL ASPECTS OF RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION ARE REQUIRED.
