Carpenter Job in Sevierville, Tennessee

I need a licensed and fully insured contractor to install a replacement cupola on the top of a two story multifamily building. It is a very simple construction as you can see in the photo. The old cupola blew off of the building. The last contractor who as supposed to replace the cupola simply covered up the opening with shingles which was incorrect. Please undo the mistakes of the previous contractor.
