Carpenter Job in Arlington, Massachusetts

Campobasso Properties, LLC is looking for an individual(s) with skills related to the construction field. Due to the high volume of applicants we are requesting only serious applicants who are willing to start work within a two-week period after their interview (or sooner if available). Campobasso Properties, LLC is a family owned and operated company since 1974. If you’re someone who can join a team and work hard, this position will be for you. This individual must be capable of working on their own for short periods of time, provide their own transportation and manage a small crew of carpenters and laborers. They must be able to speak intelligently to Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC and other key trades throughout the building process. The individual must be able to provide scheduling, layout and minor project management skills. The position will require on average, 50of their time devoted to Carpentry and/or light laboring and 50of their time to project management and supervision. A construction supervisor license is recommended but not required. OSHA 10 hr training is required. Employee may need to demonstrate their ability to use common carpentry tools and communication skills are also an important factor when considering this candidate. This individual will be compensated based on their knowledge, comfort level of the described tasks, and willingness to work well with others.
