Looking for Carpenters for some Weekend Projects in Lakeville Pennsylvania. Currently renovating the Entire house near 75% Completion and would like to give it a boost on the weekends. Task left to be Completed include: • Deck Railing Stair Railing Installation • Replacement of Interior Doors • Trim Work Casing Installation • Baseboard Molding Installation • Drywall Taping • Laundry Room Build Out (Cabinets, Counters Drywall) • Basement Bar Build Out • Fixture Installation • Floor Refinishing General Work Responsibilities Include: • Cabinet Mill Work Installation • Window, Door Hardware Installation • Trim Work Casing Installation • Interior Exterior Light Gauge Framing • Drywall Installation • Acoustical Batt Insulation Installation • Floor Wall Tile Installation • Fixture Installation • Floor Installation • Ability to Read Understand Architectural Lay Out Drawings You will be expected to perform a skills test in these areas. Pay will be based on Experience but Range.
