Carpenter Job in Santa Rosa, California

Qualifications : Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Must have your own tools, including all basic hand tools. Must have the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, reach, stand, kneel and climb ladders during the course of site surveys. Should have three to five years’ experience in the various positions described above and in the construction industry and have experience with new construction (ground up), remodeling and multi level projects. Must be detail oriented, have excellent interpersonal skills, problem solving abilities, and proven leadership skills. The ability to handle multiple projects / tasks. The appropriate candidate will need to be able to communicate in a professional manner with all persons associated with the program, especially all client representatives.
