Our team is looking for an experienced residential framing and finish carpenter with Roof modification experience. The ideal candidate will have field and supervisory experience in new and remodeling construction. Experience should include a working hands-on knowledge in framing, siding, roofing and finish carpentry The ideal candidate should be able to oversee and train installation crews at multiple job sites at once. This is a full time 45-55 hours a week position focussed on training, developing the skills and quality of the workforce Great Communication Skills, a leader who is able to articulate the best practices when it comes to custom decking and fencing and especially as it relates to custom work on residential homes where changes to roof lines, new installation of roofing, new framing and siding are involved. Provsion of hands on training where you'll do the work while crew watch and assist as part of conducting training. Employees must be: 18 years or older with satisfactory driving record. Construction, roofing, and carpentry are required.
