Carpenter Job in Zephyrhills, Florida

I am a new owner of a mobile home in Zephyrhills that is in need of a few repairs. Carpet needs to be torn up and new flooring put down in a 10x13 room.. Carpet pulled up from a 6 x6 dining area and flooring put down. Also, would like about 12ft. worth of trim work to be finished in a bathroom. Would like a new counter top for my kitchen. I live in Maine .. So who ever takes the Job will have to do all the ordering of material with me by phone.. I have a few other odd jobs if interested please contact me.
