Full-time : Lead Carpentry position : Residential remodels. Great position for someone hoping to start their own company. We will provide the training needed so you will learn the skills needed to manage a residential project and maintain a good client relationship throughout the project. Typical project duration: 2 - 10 months. You will be working under the guidance of the company owner and responsible for the day to day management of the project. The main responsibilities include: - Day to day communication with the client. - Managing the carpenters on the project. - Scheduling and managing the trade partners. - Working with the company owner to update the schedule and budget. - Attending weekly meetings with the company owner / client regarding progress on the project.
