With a commitment to craftsmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Deck Builder to join our team. Job Description: As a Deck Builder, you will be responsible for constructing, and installing decks and outdoor structures according to client specifications and building codes. You’ll work closely with a team to deliver exceptional results that meet and exceed customer expectations. You will NOT have to deal with clients/customers or the designing of the deck you will only be installing. Key Responsibilities: Construct decks, fences, porches, railings, and other outdoor structures using wood, composite, or other materials. Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and specifications. Measure, cut, and assemble materials to required dimensions. Ensure all work complies with building codes and safety standards. Operate tools and machinery safely and efficiently. Perform site preparation, including demolition, grading, and post-setting. Communicate with clients and team members to ensure project requirements are met. Maintain a clean and organized worksite. Qualifications: Proven 3 years experience in deck building, carpentry, or a related field. Strong knowledge of construction techniques and materials. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. Proficiency with power tools and hand tools. Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Reliable transportation and a valid Class 5 driver’s license. [Optional] Certification in construction or carpentry is a plus.
