About Us: We are a residential general contracting company located in London, Ontario. We work on a variety of projects from open concept remodels, kitchen and bath renovations, additions, basements and custom new builds. With increasingly high demands, we are welcoming enthusiastic skilled experts on board. Responsibilities: Carpentry: Highly skilled in all Carpentry related tasks including but not limited to framing, hanging doors, installing trim, drywall, insulation, flooring among other tasks. Highly proficient in common construction power tools. Project Coordination: Know and understand project plans and schedules. Plan material and personnel needs. Actively communicate with customers regarding project progress; address customers’ concerns timely and professionally. Ensuring the site team meets the assigned timelines. Quality Assurance: Proactively monitors quality throughout the project. Maximize the durability, aesthetics as well as functionality of the final product. Site Leadership: Mentor and supervise general labours onsite and provide appropriate coaching. Positive and motivating leadership style – we like to have fun on the job! Proactive communication with the team and the Project Manager. Site Management: Supervises subtrades closely and monitors site safety. Ensure all members onsite follow safety protocol. Responsible for the security and preparation of company tools and equipment.
