Carpenter Job in Portland, Maine

I am in need of a carpenter to repair some areas of rot on the exterior of my sunroom. In the one area the rot is through the trim and into the board beneath and the window frame; I can provide photos of the damage. In another area the trim in rotted, but I do not know if it extent of that damage. I also need some work done to the back poarch. Several floor boards are showing signs of rot and some of the trim as well. I am looking to get quotes for the work. I'd like to get the work done as soon as possible, but I also understand that most carpenters are booked out for several months at the moment. That is fine, I'd just like to get on someone's calender for the work.
