Qualifications: • -Carpentry skills • -Stair building experience • -Railing and stain finishing skills an asset • -Valid Driver’s License • -Valid Working at Heights training (may be willing to pay for recertification course for right candidate) Stair Service Technician responsibilities can include: • Measuring for materials to determine what is needed to complete jobs • Repairing or replacing damaged material / product • Inspecting and identify material / product concerns • Removal and re-install of product / materials • Troubleshooting problems and making repairs as needed • Performing and submitting assessments
