Hello and the purpose for my email is to see if you can help me with an approximated estimate. I am in the process of putting together a business plan for a general contracting company. I am working on the financials and right now my financials are too loose so I am trying to tighten them up. I at the present time I have not purchased a plan and am working off a stock plan that many of the contractors I have chatted with are able to gather a rough estimate on what it would cost to do their portion of the project. I am cognizant that an actual blueprint would make this easier to do however I am only looking for as accurate of a quote as I possibly can get. The design of this structure is anticipated to be an Enercept 10" SIP panel. We are considering 3 potential designs for under the structure. 1) slab on grade with thickened slab 2) 4' foundation wall and 3) full basement. As far as trim I do not want anything low end or boring. I want it to be durable and aesthetically pleasing. I don't anticipate any wall panel styles we'll just figure right now baseboard, window and door casing and 3 panel doors. As far as hardware let's think about a lever style black powder coated finish. Hopefully you can work with this plan and at least get us an idea of what we would be looking at to wire up this structure I would be grateful and appreciative. http://....com Should you have any questions regarding this design please do not hesitate to ask. Also if there is a way that you can include pricing for some of the variables I threw out so we can see how the different design approaches would affect the overall bottom line that would be amazing. Thank you again and I look forward to your reply. Please respond via email with all quotes and questions.
