Carpenter Job in Redmond, Washington

We are a residential and commercial construction and remodeling company. We work from small handyman projects to full scale residential and commercial remodeling projects. We are looking to hire an experience staff for our residential division. The Field Technician - Handyman services will work closely with Management to ensure completion and delivery of various projects that arise on past, current, and future jobs. Position - Full time position. Job duties that needed to be performed 1. General Carpentry: framing, siding, trim, decking, doors, windows and cabinet installation. 2. Patch and repair drywall. Mud and Texture. 3. Minor electrical and plumbing installation/repairs (like replacing switches, lights, toilet replacements, garbage disposal replacements, minor plumbing alterations etc... ) 4. Interior and exterior painting. 5. Flooring repairs, tile replacements, grout repairs. 6. Fence repairs. 7. Gutters and roof cleaning. What we are looking for 1. A strong and thorough understanding of the industry and home systems. 2. MUST have at least 5 years experience in residential remodeling and trades. 3. An ability to work independently and make decisions. 4. A valid license and a clean driving record. A reliable transportation. 5. Must have the necessary power and hand tools to perform basic home maintenance. 6. Able to pass drug and background check. 7. Physically able to climb ladders, crawl into small crawl spaces 8. Ability to develop creative solutions when confronted by unique problems. 9. Ability to travel to various job sites during the day. 10. Must be friendly, professional and helpful to the customers. 11. The candidate should also be highly organized as he or she will be expected to maintain good records of receipts, invoices and tools. 12. Ability to send and receive email, texts and photos through smart phone efficiently. We work typically Monday to Friday from 7 am to 5 pm.
