EXPECTATIONS Our proprietary Client Control process, allows for complete transparency with our clients and our trade partners and provides a safer more intelligent way to build and renovate homes. You would provide your own PPE, and we will provide a safe work environment. Preference given to those holding a Level 1 First Aide ticket. You will provide your own small tools and we will provide all consumables for your tools. You will provide your own pick up or acceptable vehicle and we will provide mileage allowance. Alair will provide you clear directions for job sites, and we expect professional work and ethics. The scope of work varies but includes: - light interior reframing - finishing carpentry - installing windows and doors - backing and general prep for next trades - coordinating some site mngt for the project manager - always maintaining a clean job site We are excited to meet you!
