I'm looking for a framing carpenter to replace a hip rafter on a typical ranch style roof. Rafter is easily accessible next to the attic stairs. Hip is 15' long. Jacks don't need replacement. Tail of rafter was ate up by termites.
Looking only for someone with experience with this type of repair. Must have proof of insurance. Contact me with your experience, general idea of price, and if you'd like to come take a look.
