We are looking to add a Renovation Laborer to our growing team Acting under the supervision of the construction manager and the Renovation Foreman, the Renovation Laborer is responsible for performing renovation labor as needed on the assigned job sites, as well as accurate communication, detailing the daily progress and bringing attention to potential problems. Job Duties and responsibilities •Assisting with scheduling and ordering all materials as needed to complete the project •Interior demolition of countertops, cabinets, flooring, plumbing fixtures, electrical fixtures, trim materials, doors and hardware. Interior installation of plumbing fixtures, electrical fixtures, doors, flooring, appliances, window coverings,painting, hardware and trim. •Ability to safely operate power tools is required •Identifying problems or potential problems as they relate to the organization of the job , prioritizing tasks to provide for a smooth flow of the project •Helping verify that all materials received are as ordered and in good condition •Inspecting all work, making sure that that it is done to quality standards, and taking corrective action when warranted •Promptly relaying problems, conflicts, job status and any other pertinent items to the Renovation Foreman and Construction Manager •Overall responsibility for all job site tool inventory and maintenance •Following and enforcement of AHBI Safety Policy and Procedures * Preferred Experience •Interior Painting •Light Demolition •Material Stocking and Handling •Inventory Control •Qualified candidates will have 1 years of relevant experience and demonstrate strong organizational, communication, teamwork and problem solving skills. •Must be computer literate.
