Carpenter Job in Lindsay, Ontario

Looking for a skilled carpenter who specializes in flooring, and working with older homes. Century home in Lindsay has uneven floors and flexible vinyl tiles, which for obvious reasons is not an ideal combination. Would like to discuss on the phone what the workload and cost may look like to flatten key sections of the home (kitchen to start, likely), as well as any prep work we may have to do before hand to make the task easier. As we are not investors or landlords, the ideal would be to plan out work for areas of the home that would benefit the most from flat floors and possible sub-flooring installation, and do sections of work over a long period. You would be under no obligation to do any work beyond the initial agreement, but you would be our first call to continue the floor flattening process if the first section of work goes successfully.
