Carpenter Job in Miami, Florida

We are seeking an experienced and skilled carpenter to assist with the renovation of a new apartment. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various carpentry tasks to ensure the project is completed on time and to a high standard. Responsibilities: •⁠ ⁠Install, repair, and replace doors, windows, flooring, and trim •⁠ ⁠Construct and install custom cabinetry and shelving •⁠ ⁠Perform framing, drywall installation, and finishing •⁠ ⁠Install and repair roofing, siding, and other exterior features •⁠ ⁠Assist with demolition and removal of existing materials •⁠ ⁠Collaborate with other tradespeople (electricians, plumbers, etc.) •⁠ ⁠Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes •⁠ ⁠Work efficiently to meet project deadlines Requirements: •⁠ ⁠2 years of carpentry experience •⁠ ⁠Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and materials •⁠ ⁠Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions •⁠ ⁠Physical stamina to lift heavy materials and work at heights •⁠ ⁠Valid certification or license (preferred) •⁠ ⁠Reliable transportation to and from work sites •⁠ ⁠Strong communication and teamwork skills Working Conditions: •⁠ ⁠Work will be performed on-site at various apartment locations •⁠ ⁠May require working at heights, in confined spaces, or in extreme weather conditions •⁠ ⁠Must adhere to safety protocols and wear personal protective equipment (PPE)
