Carpenter Job in Lake Bluff, Illinois

Carpenters must be able to professionally perform the functions of a handyman at a very proficient level with the following skills: basic electrical and plumbing, including but not limited to installing toilets, tubs, vanity, sink and shower fixture, outlets, switches, light fixtures. Carpentry, must be at a proficient professional level-framing, install doors, windows, thresholds, crown moulding, baseboard, cabinets. Carpenters MUST be able to access time for completion of task (latent defect excluded) and ability to set pace for others, work well on own or with team.
