Looking for a skilled carpenter or someone with similar construction experience to finish up some jobs on a small house. The budget is tight. Looking for a reliable, skilled person capable of installing flooring, minor plumbing, minor electric, and details (like light plates, windows) and or dealing with some outside people if necessary.
