Previous carpentry experience with residential projects is a basic requirement for our crews as are strong interpersonal communication skills, excellent customer service skills and a strong work ethic and the ability to follow our documented process. Responsibilities: - Knowledge of construction materials and various trades such as demolition, framing, painting, finish carpentry (trim, case, base, shoe crown, cabinet installation), window, door and siding installation - Ability to follow blueprints and building plans. - Quality control experience and basic knowledge of applicable building codes - Interacts and communicates with the Client, Manager, and Subcontractors throughout the job Qualifications: - Certification - A desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment - Detail oriented - Proficient problem-solving skills - Dedicated team-player Requirements: - 3 years of related experience in carpentry - Valid Driver's License - Ability to handle 80lbs of weight - Excellent oral, written and communication skills Salary: $30.00 /hour
