Carpenter Job in Seattle, Washington

GIS Residential is a division of GIS International Group, an association of construction and engineering companies, with branches throughout the globe. Though GIS Residential is a young enterprise, it has grown and flourished rapidly and continues to do so with several projects underway. GIS Residential Construction is now hiring experience exterior and interior carpenters. We have projects in South King, Pierce and Kitsap counties. GIS is looking for motivated individuals with valid driver's license, hand tools and good attitudes. Candidates must have their own transportation to job sites. Qualifications: 5 Years experience (rough carpentry) Able to carry 80 pounds consistently Knowledgeable and efficient using skill saw Knowledgeable and efficient using pneumatic framing nailers Own hand tools Good communication and time-management skills. Must be reliable and dependable. Understand and be familiar with different aspects of construction. Must be able to work competently even under extreme pressure. Must know how to work in a team environment.
