Our 1923 Dutch Colonial has several wood siding boards that are rotting and need to be replaced. The next to last board around the house is bad, there's an area under a window that's bad, and there's an area near the AC that's rotten. The work is almost entirely on the ground or accessible from the first floor roof. Looking for skilled replacement, priming, and painting.
