Carpenter Job in Stoughton, Massachusetts

Well established family owed & operated General Contracting & Snow Management Company looking to hire several long term positions & several short term positions. We've been in business over 40 years and growing at a rapid pace. We're looking to hire long term candidates who want a career with plenty of room to grow, short term candidates looking to make extra money in the winter season and sub-contractors with their own trucks, loaders and/or skid steers looking to put their equipment to work with less headaches. Positions --Lead Carpenter - with 5 year's experience in the residential remodeling industry, frame to finish- kitchens, bathrooms, additions, garages, decks, etc. but not limited too. Will need a tool belt with all basic hand tools & work boots. Will need transportation to get to the shop. Will have to be able to work high off the ground & lift 60 lbs. Understand basic code requirements & building technique's. Pay is based on experience-45 day probation period to discuss final pay. We're looking for long term lead carpenters to run job sites. --Apprentice - with 1-2 year's experience in the residential remodeling industry, frame to finish- kitchens, bathrooms, additions, garages, decks, etc. but not limited too. Will need a tool belt with all basic hand tools & work boots. Will need transportation to get to the shop. Will have to be able to work high off the ground & lift 60 lbs. Need to be able to work with all hand tools. --Operators - to run pick-up trucks, skid steers & loaders for snow plowing services. 3-5 year's experience in plowing snow with clean driving record is a must. Associated licenses needed, hoisting license, DOT certificate. --Shovelors - need to be able to work long hours in the cold weather. --Sub-contractors - with their own pick-up truck, skid steers and/or loaders. 3-5 years experience, insurance policies needed & based upon sub-contractor package approval.
