Year round employment, taxes held and paid. Worker Comp and Unemployment ins paid. 40 hours per week Monday through Friday paid every two weeks through Traditional Neighborhood Builders. This Company has been building homes in the Breckenridge and Frisco area for 15 years and has 80 sites with foundations ready to go. Traditional neighborhood Builders just finished Peak one in Frisco of some 70 homes and is widely known in the area with a great reputation for quality homes at a reasonable price. This is Jim of Day Brothers I have worked with this Company for 15 years and now I will be the Supervisor for Framing and exterior Trim .If you are interested and experienced in home Framing you will be very happy with employment in this Company. Hourly wages start at $16 an hour for a good working Laborer to $30 an hour for a Leadman,Vacation pay of 30 cents an hour will be paid into a fund for use of Employee after a 30 day probation period for holidays or vacation. Leadman Must be capable of reading plans and organizing a Crew of 5 People. Leadman is also one of the member of the working crew and required to use nail guns and frame right along with the other crew members There is plenty room for advancement through hard and Smart work and steady attendance on the job. This project has all the supervision needed to operate efficiently . Hourly Framers needed only ....2 forms of I D is necessary.
