Thomas Clegg Construction has been providing quality homes from foundation thru finish since 1991. My initial introduction to the trades was as a Masons apprentice. Then I found my real calling in Woodwork. I worked as a furniture maker in New Jersey. Inspiration for large wood drew me to Northern California where i was able to purchase large Redwood Burls for our table assemblies. Upon seeing the Coastal Range and my love for the Ocean i relocated and have been there 45 years. Many homes and finish projects later i found a deep love for the Desert in the north Reno area of Red Rock. I bring my diligence and commitment to fine Woodwork with me . My experience in Masonary and Stonework, plus a fire conciousness approach to home construction makes me a good fit to this community. I am pursuing my Nevada Contractors License , and am willing to do hourly wage jobs in Reno area. I have all the tools and skillsets for your projects from foundation thru finish work. I do specialize in formal staircases and Cabinet installations . Built in cabinetry on site as well. But I dont shy away from forming foundations and installing rebar to spec or framing a home from scratch.
