I am a very skilled residential and commercial re-modeler. I am also experienced with new construction such as, metal stud framing,stick framing. I am also a certified forklift operator(Industrial and rough terrain)such as Graddal or skytrac material handlers. I have great work ethics and a great eye for detail with a great safety record. I do also have great customer relation skills to back all this up. I do have a valid drivers licence and truck w/tools. I AM NOT A LICENSED CONTRACTOR. I also have great skills in metal fabrication, such as HVAC duct work and steel building erections. Butler metal buildings are the type I have built. I am a very well rounded carpenter that is not afraid of getting my hands dirty. I also have driving skills that my be helpful to the right company for delivering building materials or equipment.
