Carpenter in Port Orange, Florida

I'm an
Individual
My name is Frank Curtis. I am 35 year old Carpenter/Project Manager living in Port Orange Florida. I moved here from Maine where I was a Project Manager for a realtor company called Lake Properties. I am also part of the Local 1905 Carpenters Union of Florida. Recently I have been working on my own doing building projects as they come. I am a very hard working man with a family of 5 so I know what it means to have people depending on me. I have a wide range of skills; framing, door and window installation, siding – vinyl, cedar shingles, clap boards, metal. Metal framing and wood framing(ridge pole and rafter) or truss installation. I have done metal and reg asphalt roofing. I am also experienced in the finish carpentry business too. With job skills such as, but not limited too; cabinet installation, crown moldings, baseboard, hand rails, counter tops, and back splash interior trim (clam shell, plint block, baseboard coping for fine cuts), flooring(hard wood, tile, carpet, linoleum, VCT), refinish concrete floors, sheetrock and roofing. When I tell you I can do anything I say that because I have done just about everything! I enjoy being outdoors and working on projects that I know will be around for years. I have a positive attitude and come to work ready to get the job done. I have always been the type of guy who works well with others. I am also no stranger to being the guy in charge. I have been the boss of my own company and I have been the foreman for many crews. I can work with all trades as a project manager or I can be counted on to work on a job alone and get it done! In Maine when the work slows down I still keep on working. So I hope to be able to do the same here in Florida. I make a living doing what everyone else doesn’t want to do! There really is no job too small and no job too big. I can work in a commercial environment just as well as the residential environment. I currently hold OSHA-10 and OSHA-30 cards. I am certified in CPR and First Aid. I have a certified Blue Print reading card and Scaffolding card. I am an educated and safe worker! Not to mention a hard worker! I can guarantee that I will be on time and ready to work every day! I’m all business and know that I can make any company money! Or even make a home owner very happy with my work. I thank you for taking the time to look at my resume. Feel free to call me anytime at 386-8....
