Carpenter Job in Linn Creek, Missouri

I am looking to have my patio enclosed to a three seasons room. I want this to be done as "price friendly" as possible. It is about 70% enclosed with retaining wall already. I want to have a rock type laminate on the floor, plank walls and windows along the top of one wall. Since it is new construction and other expenses are coming first, the work would not be needed until July. If I could get a walk through with a pricing estimate, it would be appreciated.
