We are seeking independent subcontractors (installers) to install doors for residential projects in the Columbia SC market. Our company is a dynamic installation services company which truly knows that the lifeblood of our success is our people. We are seeking detailed, customer service orientated, quality focused and problem solving individuals to join our team. We are seeking to retain talented individuals that can manage their time, day-to-day activities and duties under reduced supervision (e.g. self-directed team member). Individuals must be good communicators, as this is the key to success in this industry. Our sub-contractors range from individual installation crews to installation companies with multiple crews and employees. We respect and nurture our relationships with our partners and provide structured support, as a subcontractor you'll receive: • Comprehensive installation training - you will shadow and receive training from an existing installer until such time you feel confident to install all door types to the standards that have ensured our ongoing success. • Unlimited growth potential - we are a high volume installation company and growth depends on your ability to install correctly and without error while receiving positive feedback for your customers. • The ability to continue running your existing businesses, in most cases, with your own on-going lead generating methods - we schedule our crew members a week out and therefore require a week notice should you need time to complete a private job. • Consistent pay regardless of us receiving final payment - our pay periods run bi-weekly and installer crews are paid by direct deposit. Pay is by piece work, installers are paid a fixed piece (percentage) rate for each unit produced or action performed regardless of time. • Access to proprietary technology to help manage your installation business - we provide software and office support. It is a simple (8) course that provides information on the risks of lead based paint.
