I am a 38 year old man seeking full time employment. I have 20 years experience in several areas of carpentry and painting. My experience includes residential roofing and siding, Remodeling homes (removal of fixtures, drywall, tubs, toilets, flooring, interior finish trim, and replacing such items), removing and replacing plywood and shingles on homes, removal and replacing vinyl siding and installation of vinyl siding on new construction (this includes the operation of a metal brake), removal and replacing of decks, refurbishing decks (using deck restorer and various other stains and paints, and replacing rails, pickets, decking boards etc.) Building decks using various systems (these systems include Trex, Azac, Fibron, vinyl sleeves and or rails, and treated materials), installation of drywall, finishing drywall and painting. Interior finish trim (base boards, shoe molding, window treatments, doors, and shelving). I am experienced in the use of all power tools, and pneumatic tools (these tools include nail guns, staplers, palm nailers, saws, drills, hilti guns, table saw, router, various sanders, miter box or chop saw, and various others).
