The applicant must also be able to do building maintenance and remodel work. Including changing door knobs, doors, laying carpet, hanging drywall, laying floor, installing cabinets, changing out faucets and fixtures. Framing and minor plumbing experience is a plus. Metal Building experience is a plus also. Must have great communication and organizational skills. TEAM player wanted. Schedule is 4 days per week 10 hours per day. Some overtime might be required for certain projects or situations.
