I am a 58 Yr. male born in Pasadena, Ca. 1959 Married w/ children. 5' 10"= 175 Lbs. I am Polite & Respectful. I started in the construction, maintenance industries 40 Yrs. ago. I am Experienced in Residential or Commercial buildings or units. I can / will Fix, Repair, or Replace anything on or in a home, office or building. I love what I do. I look forward to going to work each day.. I think its important to learn something new everyday. I have about -4-Yrs. of college, trades schools. But 80% I learned on the job w/ tool in my hand. I have 4 - 5 yrs. Experience in project management and approximately 20 as lead man or foreman. I have a Truck , insurance and most of the tools needed for these trades.
