Carpenter in Bradenton, Florida

Experienced Finish carpenter with 16 years in this trade (26 years in the trades) looking for work in the Bradenton area. I am experienced in all areas of remodeling and new construction. I have a great work ethic and am quite meticulous, actually a bit of a perfectionist. I am interested in SUB-CONTRACTING, not W-2 Employment, for a few, or just one contractor if the fit is right. I have also done a fair amount of light commercial work and was a Millwright/welder before, so my experience is well rounded to say the least. Experience in, but not limited to the following. Kitchen remodels Bath Remodeling Hardwood installation- Including intricate bordered floors Tiling- floors, walls etc Schluter Shower Systems Crown Moulding Siding- Wood Shingles, Clapboards, wood, vinyl, Hardy Plank etc Aluminum, trim work (brake style) Built-ins Mantle design and construction Interior and exterior door and window installation, sliders Patio doors etc. Stair construction and hand rails Decks and Porches Rot and insect damage repair Counter top installs and cabinet installs There's nothing in a home I cannot build or repair I do not paint!----sorry! I am well versed in all of the phases above and many more. I have a van full of tools, to include everything needed to do the above ( table saw, chop saw, shapers, routers, etc) and I am ready to start at any time, when the fit is right. I can bill weekly, or biweekly and would like to be paid the same way. Cash is great, but I expect a 1099. If your looking for quality; I am definitely him. You get what you pay for. I am a great guy, with a good sense of humor and am very easy to work with. I know what I am worth and expect to be paid accordingly.
