Carpenter in Tampa, Florida

I'm a remodeling Carpenter. Experienced in building homes, and commercial high rise concrete buildings. I can read blue prints, I went to trade school to be an architect. I learned other trades, I'm am a plumber, electrician, framer, wood & steel. I can repair concrete, or build driveways, & room additions, swimming pools, & repairs. I do tile,slate,marble, granite, carpet, laminate flooring. Anytype textures & stucco types. I replace windows & doors. Build aluminum type patio's with screens. Decks, & weld Walk way hand railing, or weld underground steel shelter's, build you a drilling rig or a water tank. I have been a foreman, lead man supervisor. And a contractor for my own job's for year's. I have built many restaurants,homes,& have subcontract many Jobs. But I have done most of my work has been remodeling for home owner's & for home Flipper's who handled foreclosure's. I've done 8 foreclosure's and home flipping for myself my brothers and I. We did very well at it. I'm looking to be a lead man remodeling Carpenter that's allowed to do all the work nessaceri to complete anytype construction job. I'm am a very fast worker when installing new materials
