Tyren has a very pleasant personality and is professional, reliable, conscientious and honest. He successfully completed a total renovation of my 3 bedroom home, work completed included, new structural and non-structural framing, removal of ceiling drywall and straighten/flatten ceiling framing, install acoustic and thermal insulation to walls and ceiling space, rough-in electrical work, rough-in plumbing work, install drywall to walls and ceilings, install bamboo flooring, install exterior and interior doors, kitchen cabinets including countertops, sink and plumbing connections, finish trim. Tyren completed entrance stairs and landings to front and back entrances, excavated, set formwork, placed re-bar and concrete for 40'x20' carport slab, designed and built exterior storage sheds and chain link fence. Tyren's quality of work was exceptional and accuracy with material take offs was exact with little if any waste. I doubt there is a better all round, reliable tradesman who delivers professional service, I highly recommend Tyren and would not hesitate to call on him to my work in the future.
