Carpenter in Colton, California

I have worked as a Journeyman Carpenter and Supervisor for all levels, mainly high end finish over 40 years. Over 8 years were as a Millwork Site Installation Superintendent having run projects all over the USA and The Bahamas. I have run multiple high rise projects and projects such as the Heavenly Valley Marriot at the Chairlift and The New 10 story Hotel at The Barona Hotel and Casino near El Cajon, CA at the same time, living in hotels and sleeping on airplanes nonstop. I just finished a large remodel of a Bank of America as the Project Superintendent in San Jose, CA. I was hired to work about 10 hours a week of overtime and when I got there I started and worked 7 days a week a minimum of 12 hours a night running up to as many as 22 hours id I had daytime inspections. I am on a break after finishing that job and have been looking for something where I wasn't working myself to death. Those big checks won't do me any good if I am dead. I have OSHA 10 and 30 cards, Construction Estimating, Project Management and a Certificate of Completion to become an IBC/ICC Commercial Building Inspector and I have excellent professional references.
