Hello! My name is Daniel and i am 32 and have been a carpenter for 15 years. I am an expert in replacement windows and and all types of flooring. i am also great at painting. i worked in maintenance for a retail store and took care of 15 properties, including maintaining electrical-lighting issues, plumbing problems and landscaping. The past 5 years i have for a remolding company as a lead carpenter. i have experience in all aspects of residential remolding which allows for great maintenance on properties. i have light experience in electrical, plumbing, and HVAC. i have all the tools necessary for any job. My availability is strictly weekends but available weekdays if absolutely necessary to finish work,so you are not left with unfinished work.
